In case you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, then rest assured. We are here to help.

Please note that as per the nature of goods is Perishable, we don’t have the policy to return the products.
Though we make sure we ship and deliver the products in the best and safest possible manner, still if the product is different from what you ordered or damaged in a certain way, then you must click a picture and present it to us, as proof of damage and send it on our email id: [email protected]

Once we receive your item, we shall notify you of the same.

We will then inspect the item to check for the issue or damage, as reported by you. After the inspection is done, we will inform of the status of your refund.

If the return is accepted and approved, then we shall promptly initiate your refund payment. This may be made towards your credit card, or whatever original mode of payment you made the payment with.
The amount shall be credited to you within a few days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies regarding these matters.


The Shipping process is generally carried out within 48 hours of the placing of the order. Customer shall be informed  about the order being processed, shipped via text message or mail along with the tracking code where the customer can track the shipment.

It must be pointed out that any shipping costs, which arise from the process of return, must be covered by you. Return shipping is not included as part of our refund policy, and you must bear that amount.
